Without the rhyming dictionary
That’s read within the visionary,
Without the grass there’s no prairie
It’s all just shifting sand

Though seventeen times told their wrong
By eyes that do not hear their song,
The visionary can’t join the throng
He is a one man banned.

He sees the dawn-break overnight
He is condemned for his insight
And yet they are the parasite
That sucks truth from his hand

A thousand times ago and more
The man who sees is just the whore
Of those who only see before,
And not the promised land
