Cleaning out for anal sex

I love being the bottom in anal sex, but my partner has no interest in tasting, smelling, or eating poop. That would be a complete turn off. So, if I want loving attention down there, my ass needs to be fresh washed and spotless. It's not good enough to be fresh washed on the outside. I need to be clean on the inside as well. When I am submitting myself to my partner, I want to completely let go. I want to completely relax and open up. I will have no control over my sphincter, and I don't want to worry or be self-conscious about what might come out.

I have been exploring this part of my sexuality for about 20 years, and after trying many methods, I am very happy with my current clean out process. Way back then, I started with those drugstore Fleet enema kits. That was a waste of time. Great if you are constipated, but useless if you want a clean out. I then tried a rubber squeeze bottle. This was a little better, but a useful clean out required multiple fills of the bottle, which was slow, cumbersome, and dirty.

I then graduated to a hanging enema water bottle or bag. This was a great improvement and was my primary method for, easily, ten years. However, it had its limitations. The greatest limitation was that I could not always trust the mount that would hold the bag up. There is nothing more frustrating and mood killing than the enema bag coming loose and spilling a liter of water all over the floor or all over you. Then there is the problem of finding a suitable mounting point near the toilet, and whether the hose is long enough. And finally, you always need a little more water and must stop and refill the bag.

Another problem with both the squeeze bottle and enema bag is that they both typically have a small, pointed plastic nozzle for insertion in your ass. It was very common for me, about one out of ten times, to poke myself in my anus with this hard plastic nozzle. If you inserted too fast, or at the wrong angle, you could scratch or irritate the anus. There was nothing more disappointing that scratching myself in the ass one hour before playtime and adding some undesired pain to my submission. Take care of your ass and it will reward you!

About five years ago, I made the big switch and purchased an anal shower attachment, and it is the best decision I ever made for anal play. Several vendors offer these. The one I recommend is a long soft rubber insertable with a single hole in the end for water spray. Mine is about 32 cm (12 inches) long, but I don't insert that length. It's just convenient to have the flexibility of the hose. I don't find that it is actually useful or necessary to insert all that hose to actually achieve a good cleaning. Plus, once you get that whole length slippery with lube, it becomes really difficulty to hold.

This rubber insert attaches to the standard European shower hose, common both in residences and hotels. In North America, you will likely need to purchase a diverter valve and shower hose, and good luck using it at hotels. I recommend water temperature at room temperature or cooler. No need to burn your ass! Put a little Vaseline or lube on the tip to help with insertion, about 5 cm. Rule of thumb: the water pressure should not be more than you are willing to drink from. If the water force is OK in your mouth, it should be OK in your ass.

Plan two hours for a deep cleanout. You can complete most of it in one hour, but you need to allow some time for the water trapped in your colon to find its way out. Use that second hour to do other preparation: brush your teeth, shave, get the music and room ready, take a shower, put on some cologne, etc.

The problem with this exercise is, the more you try to clean, the more poop you loosen up in your colon. Setting a boundary is hard. I actually enjoy the enema process, so I end up going really deep, and using much more time as a consequence. If you are pressed for time, you need to maintain discipline and not rinse deep into your ass. But, then you are not really clean beyond bounds.

Your first insertion and rinse will not be deep. You will insert the hose, and only get a little water in the colon before having a strong desire to poop. Drop the hose in the shower/tub, clench your butt, and hop over to the toilet. Let it all out! Waddle back to the shower, rinse your ass off with the water stream, and do it again. On the third cycle, you will feel comfortable taking a much larger volume of water. Relax and let it fill you up. Relax on the toilet and allow the time to let your sphincter loosen up and your colon muscles flex to let it all flow out. Put your laptop on a table and read Fetlife. Watch some videos. Really let your ass relax.

At this point, you can be deceived. You could have filled your ass deep with water, and sat on the toilet for a long video, and think that the clean water in the toilet bowl means you are finished. You are wrong! Your colon has many twists and turns, and hidden deposits in many places. One time, I really thought I had relaxed fully on the toilet, the water below was clear, and I really thought I was done. I went into the shower for a final wash, bent over to scrub my feet, and a river of poop flowed out of my ass! You need to move your body and bend in various directions to really help the colon empty itself. Standing is also important, as the muscles in the gut are stimulated and contract to press the water out.

Which of course means that stage two of your cleanout must be in the shower, and you are going to spray poop in the shower. As George Costanza said, "Pipes are pipes!" Squat, insert, fill, rinse, bend over, push, repeat. Sometimes you can perform a continuous clean, by inserting the hose and simultaneously relaxing your sphincter, so that water is spraying up into your ass and washing out at the same time. After about three-four cycles more, you really are going to reach the end. The rinse water is going to be nearly clean, with very little poop material visible. You are going to feel empty and clean.

Now is the time to take a break and do other tasks. Get everything else ready for playtime. Right before playtime, give yourself a very small and shallow ass rinse, to get the last little dirt out of the lower anus. Don't do a deep rinse, or you will restart the whole cycle of drying out. Finally, wash your ass exterior with soap so you can present a really clean, fresh play area to your partner.

When traveling, I don't carry the long rubber hose. I have a shorter, hard plastic insert, and I just take care to not poke my ass. In an emergency (you did not plan ahead), a thin-walled plastic drink bottle can be used to shoot water up your ass. Another option is to just take the shower head off the hose, and press the hose up to your ass. These solutions just make you look forward to getting home again.

The above method should offer a completely safe and trouble-free method for cleaning out your ass. With such a deep clean, you can really let go and let your partner explore your ass. You will only be limited by your personal feelings and experience. Occasionally, there is a little brown spotting on dildoes or toys, but that is after deep, extended play. You will find out how clean you really are in the hours after playtime. Afterward, I have violent farts and shoot lube remainders, but no poop. I don't poop again until the next morning.

Anal play is a lot of fun, and even more fun and carefree when you can eliminate the "dirty" part of it. I hope this advice makes your playtime more fun, and look forward to your comments.
