Probably the most important episode you have written. You could extract the confession of the impact of the rape as an exemplar for folk to read and understand that condemning a woman's post rape behaviour is abusive.

I have a friend who was raped at 15 by three guys and she too lost complete concern for her own body. I have written about it and the consequences even 40 years later. The poem has been used by councillors to help victims understand decisions they might make even many years on.
