Seemed like a lot of exposition via dialogue slowing this chapter down, instead of getting quickly to the most interesting part of the story, showing Jones and her on their first date.
Love the change of making the main PoV of this chapter Jennifer. Definitely a good change from the original to have someone other than Sarah give us a peek at how she is doing and seeming from the outside. I hope there will be more outside PoVs and of various people too.
Also (re)enter state Maggie. Despite the mainly Jennifer PoV I'm glad you've shown the prostate massage scene, it was really hot the first time around too. I feel you really knew what you were talking about there, not sure if good research or personal experience though ;) Either way it made it feel real and that's always the most important aspect of good erotica.
Anyway can't wait for more, as usual ;)
I've also had an idea for a possible sequel. Why not start with a new character. That way you can reintroduce the characters and the setting to new readers through their eyes. The new readers won't have to have read the original but ofc it would be a benefit and a lure to them. Sarah and the others would be important side characters, or even other mains. I'm thinking the soldiers find another slight survivor with overlong hair who takes the deal and flowers into a cute girl in time. Maybe sets her eyes on Yaeger, he is the most eligible bachelor by far after all.
But yeah the new character could be a vehicle to continue the story without intimidating people with having to have read 11 parts already to get into the action.
Anyway just an idea, feel free to it or not. And ofc as always can't wait until you post the next one. You've already improved upon the original, just keep going.
@nemanja1503 I think I may have said when I originally posted this series that I felt like Maggie was almost a stealthy version of the main character. I still feel that way. Sarah gets the full treatment, the world-shattering news that she can either stick around and be a woman, or.... I like the Maggie character because she just completely leaned into it. What's coming up for Maggie really hits all of my umm.. 'interests' soon, so stay tuned.
